Standard Employment Contract ( Specimen Form C ) D.  Service contract between GOOD DAY RECRUITMENT INC., and the Principal / Employer ( Specimen Form D ) E. Recruitment Agreement between GOOD DAY RECRUITMENT INC., and the Principal / Employer ( Specimen Form E )   F. Photocopy of valid Commercial / Business Registration of foreign principal, with translation into English. IMPORTANT : All the foregoing documents need to be authenticated by the Philippine Consular Officials in the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office in the country of the Employer
